 Artist statement: Hey, My name is Jess and I am an abstract artist, I work in various mediums but mainly acrylic.I always paint to music, i couldn’t paint without it as I feel that songs inspire me to create pieces by using that feeling and movement and my personal interpretation of the song. I feel that I take that feeling from the song and paint it onto the canvas. I dance and I sing when I am painting. I feel as free as a bird. I truly put my heart and soul into each piece, a piece of me. So i hope that when someone looks at my work they feel moved by some sort of energy. If you listen to each song a painting is dedicated to  you should feel the energy and vibes that comes from each instrument and each note the artist sings, the lyrics and the voice. It's moving and compelling and that's what I want to give people through my art.
